3.1 Cash Before Delivery (CBD)
3.2 • Orders must be fully paid before processing.
• CBD orders can be paid directly on the website during checkout.
• No order limit applies for CBD orders.
3.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.4 • COD is available only for verified customers.
• Customers must have an active account with Gicare Sdn Bhd to use COD.
• COD is available for Equipment, Non-Poison/OTC products, and Poisonous Items
(with required documentation).
• Customers ordering Poisonous Items must provide valid business documents (e.g.,
pharmacy or clinic license) for verification before the order is processed.
• All COD orders must be placed via WhatsApp Sales at +6012-9958089.
• Payment for COD orders must be made via bank transfer or cheque (to be processed
via WhatsApp).
• COD is available for specific locations as determined by Gicare Sdn Bhd.
3.3 Credit Terms (TERM30DAYS/TERM60DAYS)
• Available only for approved customers.
• Orders under these terms must be placed via WhatsApp Sales at +6012-9958089.
• TERM60DAYS eligibility is based on 6-12 consistent payments under TERM30DAYS.
• Payment for TERM orders must be made via bank transfer or cheque (to be processed
via WhatsApp).
3.5 Accepted payment methods
3.6 • Accepted payment methods include CBD via website, COD via bank transfer or
cheque (via WhatsApp), and other payment methods stated on the website.
4. Order Process
4.1 Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed for CBD or after credit
approval for Term payments.
4.2 Orders under COD and TERM must be placed via WhatsApp Sales at +6012-
9958089.
4.3 Customers ordering Poisonous Items must submit the required documents (e.g.,
pharmacy or clinic licenses) for verification before the order is processed.
4.4 Gicare Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to incorrect
information, stock unavailability, or regulatory restrictions.
4.5 Prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Estimated delivery time:

5.3 • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 7 working days
